Grieving the Loss that Comes with Change


Have you ever needed to make a change in your life and then realized there's a certain sadness that sets in? When making a life transition (big or small), there is often a myriad of feelings that come with leaving the past behind. Whether the change is for the best or not, it is important to allow yourself to grieve what was, in order to bring in the new.
