Have you every been stuck in your own pity party? And then felt worse because of the shame around feeling that way in the first place? It's so easy to become frozen in this spiral of self deprecation, and it is just as tempting to push your feelings away.
I'm here to tell you that it's ok feel sorry for yourself and feel like crap every now and then! As long as you have the tools to pull yourself out, let yourself have a moment or two of wallowing.
In this video, I share a little bit about how to let yourself to feel the big feels and then allow yourself to move through it.
