The day after Labor day brought Colorado a 70 degree temperature dip and snow, arriving on the tail of an apocalyptic sky filled with smoke and ash from a nearby mountain wildfire. Continuing with the theme of 2020 plans falling apart, adaptability has become a must.


In addition, being able to surrender to the unknown has been the theme as well. In this very short video, I share the experience of releasing the need for control and to roll with what is. When we release the idea of expected outcomes, life is much more pleasant and allows us to let go of disappointment.
